Our watches are custom-made, unique, and handmade. Due to the nature of their production, each piece requires dedicated time for meticulous assembly, testing, and quality verification to ensure it meets our high standards before shipment. We strive to send your order as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Order Processing and Shipment

All orders are meticulously prepared and shipped from Kharkiv, Ukraine.

  • Processing Time: We require 6 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and dispatch your order. Processing begins on the next business day for any orders placed on weekends or holidays.
  • Tracking: Once your order is processed and handed over to the courier, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
  • Carrier: All international orders are shipped via the national postal service, Ukrposhta, with a tracking number.
  1. Shipping Service and Delivery Time

We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping for all Roman Miller Watch orders.

  • Delivery Time Estimate: The estimated transit time is 12 to 21 business days from the moment the order is shipped.
  • Disclaimer on Delays: The stated delivery period is an estimate based on our experience. Actual delivery times may vary significantly due to factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, travel restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the operation of postal services or customs. We recommend regular monitoring of your shipment using the provided tracking link.
  1. Customs Duties and Taxes (Crucial Notice)

The buyer is solely responsible for all local taxes and duties upon delivery. Please note that prices on our Website do not include local taxes, VAT, import duties, or customs charges that may apply depending on the recipient’s country. Any charges applied on importation are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the recipient to the local customs authority or delivery agent upon receipt of the parcel.

  1. Rejected and Returned Parcels

Parcels that are returned to us due to recipient default are not eligible for free re-shipment. Recipient default includes, but is not limited to:

  • Providing incorrect or invalid delivery information (e.g., wrong address or contact number).
  • Refusal to pay the import duties/taxes required by customs authorities.
  • Refusal to cooperate with customs by providing requested documentation.
  • Failure to pick up the parcel from the local delivery point after attempted deliveries.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
