1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website https://roman-miller-watch.com/, where Roman Miller Independent watch manufactory (hereinafter “Seller”) offers watches for sale. By accessing the site and making purchases, you (hereinafter “Buyer”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Ordering and Payment
2.1. All orders are accepted through the website. After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation, which is an acknowledgment of receipt of your order but not its acceptance.
2.2. An order is considered accepted after the Seller receives full prepayment.
2.3. Payment is made as a 100% prepayment using the payment methods available on the site.
3. Production Time
3.1. Watch production begins after the Seller receives full payment.
3.2. The production time is 10 business days from the moment payment is confirmed. The Seller will make every effort to meet the specified deadlines but is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping
4.1. Delivery is carried out by the international postal service Ukrposhta.
4.2. The delivery time is between 15 and 21 business days from the moment the order is handed over to the delivery service. The specified period is an estimate and may vary depending on postal services and customs procedures.
4.3. Shipping is free for the Buyer.
4.4. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, or other circumstances beyond their control.
5. Certificate of Authenticity and Warranty
5.1. Certificate of Authenticity. Roman Miller Independent watch manufactory provides a Certificate of Authenticity for every watch. Each certificate includes information about the model, customer’s full name, case, movement, caliber, and other details.
5.2. Warranty and Service. The Buyer receives a 1-year warranty and service from the date of purchase. The International Warranty does not apply to:
- a strap or bracelet;
- scratches on the case and glass;
- damage caused by impact;
- a correct movement deviation of no more than 2 minutes per day.
After the warranty period ends, if you have problems with your watch, please contact us.
6. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Contact Information
6.1. The Buyer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees levied by the country of destination.
6.2. The Buyer agrees to familiarize themselves with their country’s legislation regarding import of goods and payment of relevant fees.
7. Liability
The Seller is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or the purchased goods.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
